About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace emphasizing learning and development.

Launched nationally in 2006, TPS is based on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of Centres nationwide.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve the business plan and sales objectives.

  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with your customer base.
  • Identify parts to meet customer needs accurately.
  • Utilize product promotions to meet targets.
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities within your customer base.
  • Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone and face-to-face visits.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding requirements, responding promptly, and offering expert advice.
  • Communicate effectively about credit status and order progress.
  • Support the TPS Centre team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets.
  • Handle calls and inquiries professionally within KPIs.
  • Use systems accurately for searching and ordering parts.
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Manage transactions following TPS guidelines.
