About the Role

What will you be doing?

  • Working with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and business objectives
  • Achieving personal KPIs and revenue goals
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending parts accordingly
  • Utilising product promotions to meet targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Providing excellent customer service and expert advice
  • Communicating effectively about credit status and order updates
  • Supporting the Centre team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries efficiently
  • Accurately completing documentation and processing transactions
Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • A self-starter with a proven sales record in a B2B environment
  • Confident communicator experienced in fast-paced or telesales roles
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with drive to meet individual and team targets
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • IT literacy, especially MS Excel
  • Passion for the automotive industry
Nice-to-have Skills
