About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment that emphasizes learning and development.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager to meet sales objectives by:

  • Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets
  • Identifying customer needs accurately
  • Utilizing product promotions effectively
  • Recognizing sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintaining product knowledge and competitor awareness
  • Building strong customer relationships through regular contact
  • Providing excellent customer service and expert advice
  • Communicating credit status timely
  • Supporting the TPS Centre team for excellent service
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet targets
  • Handling calls and inquiries efficiently
  • Using systems accurately for parts searches and orders
  • Completing documentation promptly
  • Managing transactions in line with TPS guidelines

What are we looking for?

  • A self-starter with a successful sales record in B2B
  • Confident communicator experienced in fast-paced or telesales environments
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with drive to meet targets
  • Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping
  • IT literate, preferably with MS Excel skills
