We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Executive working within an Automotive Trade Parts Operation, in the Blackburn area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor / Parts Sales Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Duties:

- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries – implementing strong customer skills in the process.
- Accurately identifying parts and process them into customers orders effectively.
- Showcase strong professionalism, even if complaints come to fruition.
- Interacting with internal departments, to check over stock availability and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate admin records.

Requirements:

- Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Sales Department.
- A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Strong telephone etiquette.

The salary for this Parts Advisor position is up to £28,000, with an OTE of £35,000.

Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, with 1-in-3 Saturdays on an 8:00am – 1:00pm schedule.
