Vehicle Parts Sales Executive required in Norwich

Our client, a leading automotive trade parts retailer with locations across the UK, is currently looking to recruit a Parts Sales Executive for their centre in Norwich.

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager and work with a close-knit and friendly parts sales team.

Your key responsibilities as a Parts Sales Executive will include:
  1. Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries related to vehicle parts availability, compatibility, and pricing.
  2. Providing technical support to help customers identify the correct part for their vehicle or equipment.
  3. Interpreting technical specifications and diagrams to assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts.
  4. Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, inquiries, and complaints.
  5. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure parts are available and delivered promptly.
  6. Assisting with order processing, verifying part numbers and pricing, and ensuring accuracy.
  7. Troubleshooting order issues and working with customers to resolve problems.
  8. Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best service.
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced B2B/telesales environment.
  • Previous experience with automotive parts is essential, ideally in a motor factor or trade sales environment.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player with drive and determination to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • IT literacy, preferably with good knowledge of MS Excel.
