After a successful year, we’re growing our team at TPS. We’re seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our lively team. This full-time role offers a generous OTE and market-leading rewards.

Reporting to our Parts Manager Gary Atchison, you will learn from an accomplished manager and become part of our Parts family with over 30 staff across the group.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to leverage their industry knowledge and passion for automotive parts to market and develop parts supplies to retail and trade customers and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Maximise results and sales opportunities through preparation and planning
  • Qualify customer needs through effective communication
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships via prospecting and follow-up calls
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock, parts, accessories, and pricing strategies
  • Use product presentations to demonstrate parts and accessories to potential customers
  • Conduct regular sales calls to generate new and repeat business

Qualifications

We seek a proactive individual with industry knowledge and sales experience. Automotive product expertise and technical understanding of automotive maintenance are essential. Previous experience as a Parts Sales Representative is preferred but not mandatory.

You should be a confident communicator with excellent telephone skills, persuasive, and influential. Commercially astute and results-driven, you must be able to plan your own diary and demonstrate initiative. A full UK driving license is required as the role involves travel within approximately a 50-mile radius from the Parts Hub.
