You will build relationships with trade customers regularly, both in person in the branch and over the phone, aiming to win new business and strengthen relationships with existing trade customers, ultimately delivering on our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to increase sales, improve margins, and provide excellent customer service.
- Become an expert in LKQ Digraph product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
- Complete all call backs promptly.
- Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to manage customer returns and reduce return rates.
- Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer segments and product groups.
