We are looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for all customer inbound parts sales enquiries, ensuring timely responses aligned with customer expectations, service level agreements, and internal KPIs.
Process and manage enquiries from opportunity to secured order, maintaining databases and portals accurately and efficiently.
You will also be able to:
- Populate and maintain an effective opportunity pipeline.
- Ensure the parts opportunity pipeline is updated daily.
- Use the ERP system correctly and accurately.
- Source and interpret wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic, and product schematic diagrams to advise customers on required parts.
- Manage enquiries from opportunity to confirmed order.
- Perform daily administration tasks such as loading opportunities into the ERP, raising purchase orders, and placing demands on the supply chain.
- Source parts from alternative suppliers when necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Review and raise credits within authorization limits.
- Maintain and review open orders to ensure timely action.
- Cover for the wider team during busy periods and absences.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your line manager.
This role is 39.5 hours per week based on-site in Solihull.
