Parts Sales Advisor for our Solihull Site

We are seeking a candidate who can be the first point of contact for all customer inbound parts sales inquiries, ensuring timely responses aligned with customer expectations, service level agreements, and internal KPIs.

You will process and manage inquiries from opportunity to secured order, maintaining accurate and efficient databases and portals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Populating and maintaining an effective opportunity pipeline
  2. Ensuring the parts opportunity pipeline is updated daily
  3. Using the ERP system accurately and correctly
  4. Interpreting wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic, and product schematic diagrams to advise customers on required parts
  5. Managing inquiries from opportunity to confirmed order
  6. Performing daily administration tasks such as loading opportunities into the ERP, raising purchase orders, and managing demand on the supply chain
  7. Sourcing parts from alternative suppliers when necessary
  8. Reviewing and raising credits within authorization limits
  9. Maintaining and reviewing open orders to ensure timely actioning
  10. Providing cover for the wider team during busy periods and absences

Additional tasks as directed by your line manager may also be required.

This role is based on-site in Solihull, working 39.5 hours per week.
