Are you a Parts Advisor looking to take a step up and progress your career in a managerial position looking after a closely knit team of advisors whilst being responsible for their success?

In this role you will be looking after a team of three parts advisors, overseeing their performance and ensuring the department meets its targets. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of parts advisors.
2. Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.
3. Maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Ensure department meets sales targets.
5. Provide training and support to team members.

1. Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of automotive/agricultural/construction parts.
