Parts Manager

£35k basic with £42k - £45k OTE

Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5:30pm) / 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.
• Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
• Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs.
• Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory.
• Inspecting any items for quality or damage.
• Managing a team of Parts Advisors within the Parts department, and managing further Parts Advisors across different sites

Your Background & Skill:
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager within a main dealer.
• Managing a small parts team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work towards deadlines.
• You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident and professional.
