About the role
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our team at Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham as a Parts Manager.
As a Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a team in delighting our customers and ensuring accuracy the first time. You will manage stock, maximize department profitability and efficiency, coordinate with workshops and sales teams, and sell directly to the public.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to provide the highest levels of customer service.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, including analyzing and controlling KPIs and budgets.
You should be highly motivated, with a good understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems, and profitability. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, and familiarity with Kerridge is desirable.
Applicants must have experience in a Parts department within the automotive industry.
