Our client, a large franchised car dealership in Northampton, has the requirement for an experienced Parts Manager to lead their Parts Department.

Parts Manager Responsibilities
  1. Direct control of the operation of this busy parts department including Retail, Workshop, and Trade.
  2. Responsible for the purchase, return, and management of stock.
  3. Carrying out accurate stock checks.
  4. Delivering your department's budgetary objectives.
  5. Monitor, manage, and achieve manufacturer parts sales targets.
  6. Have an excellent understanding of management accounts and associated KPI’s.
  7. Develop and drive trade business.
  8. Coach, mentor, and motivate your team.
  9. Strive to deliver the very best service to your internal and external customers.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years current Parts Manager experience within a Franchised Dealership environment.
  2. Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Requirements:
  1. Trade Parts BDM experience.

Remuneration & Benefits
  1. Salary of up to £40,000 DOE.
  2. On Target Earnings of £55,000 (uncapped).
  3. Use of a Company Car.
  4. Great Benefits Package.
