Our client is a well-established company specialising in the sale of new and used engineering machinery. With over 25 years of experience, they have built a reputation for representing top manufacturers. The company prioritizes customer satisfaction, especially through aftersales support, to maximize productivity and output. Their spare parts and servicing departments are key to this commitment, providing comprehensive support to ensure efficient machinery operation.
The salary for this position ranges from £29,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.
Minimum qualifications and skills include GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, along with experience in a busy office environment, preferably in customer service. Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, the ability to work under pressure, proficiency in reading machine manuals and technical diagrams, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, adaptability to new systems, and the ability to work well in a team. Experience in AutoCAD, reading electrical diagrams, and knowledge of mechanical systems, especially in woodworking and metalworking industries, are advantageous.
