OTE between £34,000 - £44,000, DOE

Lookers Farnborough Audi is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Parts Manager to join our friendly team on site. As a Parts Manager, you will lead a busy Parts Department, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the automotive trade. You will be part of our aftersales department, working as a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, you will receive ongoing support to develop your skills and build a career in the industry.

• Lead your team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure quick and efficient service for retail and workshop customers, with same-day processing of all orders
• Achieve sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts, and promoting Parts and related promotions
• Answer customer questions regarding technical issues, warranties, and repairs in an understandable manner
• Support company policies on security, especially regarding sensitive customer information
• Manage data collection and provide performance forecasts for the department

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to flawless customer service and passionate about the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential for achieving excellent results. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is required. A full UK driving license is necessary, as you may need to drive prestigious cars. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be meticulous with records, positive, friendly, and demonstrate integrity, discretion, and objectivity. The ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting demands is also important.
