Join Sytner Group as a Parts Manager at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham. An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our team at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham as a Parts Manager. As a Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the department. You will coordinate with the workshops and sales teams as well as selling directly to the public.
Your position is critical to the smooth running and excellent customer service we provide to our demanding and discerning clients. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
Previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential, including experience in analyzing and controlling KPIs and budgets. Ideally, you will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems, and profitability. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, and a good knowledge of Kerridge is desirable. You should have a desire to offer great customer service and to grow our success through additional sales to external independent garages and accessory sales.
Please note that candidates must have management/supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement for this role.
