Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies seeks a Parts & Logistics Coordinator for a 12 Month FTC to ensure effective distribution and smooth operations. The role involves processing goods-in, handling international shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems and Excel, with attention to documentation and confidentiality. Occasional unsociable hours may be required to support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity.
• Prepare and pack items for external shipments, including commercial invoices for overseas deliveries.
• Ensure all shipments are despatched on time with proper documentation.
• Maintain organised storage areas and support inventory accuracy.
• Lead packaging initiatives, including bespoke solutions and sustainability efforts.
• Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance metrics.
• Operate equipment safely and contribute to a compliant, efficient working environment.
