Overview of the Parts Delivery Driver Role

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for the accurate, prompt, and secure delivery of automotive parts to our customers and business partners throughout the local area. Your efforts will directly contribute to the parts team efficiency and customer satisfaction, being a brand ambassador, reflecting the high standards of Mercedes-Benz of Dartford.

Key Responsibilities in Automotive Parts Delivery

• Safely and efficiently deliver car parts and accessories to retail and trade customers, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent service.
• Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring all parts are handled with appropriate care and attention.
• Maintain up-to-date delivery records and proof of delivery using dealership systems, following all internal procedures.
• Conduct vehicle checks and keep delivery vehicles in clean, roadworthy condition, reporting any defects or incidents in a timely manner.
• Support the Parts Department with stock movement, inventory checks, and basic administration as required.
• Act as an ambassador for Mercedes-Benz of Dartford, delivering a professional and friendly service in every customer interaction.
• Comply with all health, safety, and road traffic regulations at all times.
