Job summary

Toyota Bristol North is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to assist the Parts Department with day-to-day deliveries to Trade Customers. The role covers 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on accurate picking, route planning, and courteous service.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence, strong local-area knowledge, and excellent customer service and organisational skills. This is a part-time position with a focus on reliability and presentation, offering a range of staff

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence and confident customer-facing driver.
• Reliable, well-presented individual with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Good organisational skills to manage daily deliveries and admin.
• Experience in parts deliveries or goods-inwards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Department with picking requirements.
• Plan and organise daily delivery routes.
• Load and unload deliveries and returns.
• Check off each delivery and any returns.
• Take payments upon delivery of parts where required.
• Maintain relations with Trade Customers.
• Report back to Part Supervisor and Parts Manager.
• Report back to the business of potential new customers.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience to customers.
• Perform ad hoc/administrative duties as required.

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Delivery Driver. The hours of work are 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

We require a professional and well-presented individual to handle Parts Deliveries to our growing Trade Customers. This role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Parts Delivery Driver, or in a goods-inwards environment. The successful candidate will be a competent and confident driver with excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting Parts Department with picking requirements
• Planning and organising daily delivery routes
• Loading and un-loading deliveries and returns
• Checking off each delivery, along with any returns
• Taking payments upon delivery of parts where required
• Maintaining relations with new and existing Trade Customers
• Report back to Part Supervisor and Parts Manager
• Reporting back to the business of any potential new customers
• Providing a professional and courteous experience to the customer
• Any other ad hoc/administrative duties
