Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in driving production success? We're looking for a Parts Delivery Coordinator to join an established team at one of the UK's leading OEM's based in Wolverhampton, with one day a week also based in Coventry, West Midlands.

As the Parts Delivery Coordinator you’ll act as the bridge between our clients internal teams – managing part availability, prioritising shipments, and ensuring that every delivery is accurate, timely, and aligned with production schedules.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and updating information on part availability for ongoing and upcoming builds
  • Coordinating timely shipments between sites
  • Giving final approval on part shipments after validating pick lists
  • Escalating and resolving any discrepancies
  • Categorising and managing parts for Rework, Stack Zone, BEM Zone, and Pack Zone
  • Maintaining accurate shortage reports and delivery timelines
  • Creating and sharing shipping/picking lists
  • Updating GPIRS with delivery commentary to support strategic planning
  • Producing reporting information gathered on part supply timing and availability.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving production environment
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or parts coordination is a plus
