Join Aston Martin at Wolverton Mill in a vital support role where exceptional service meets the standards of an ultra-luxury brand. We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Aftersales Customer Care Administrator within our Dealer Support Team.
In this position, you'll play a key part in supporting our global dealer network, ensuring seamless order processing and administrative support from initial request through to final delivery. You’ll handle a range of responsibilities, including the management of supplemental orders such as monthly fees, rebate invoicing, marketing assets, and ISO allocations. Each task you complete contributes to accurate revenue recognition and ensures our partners receive the service quality they expect from Aston Martin.
Your role will involve constant communication with our dealer network, keeping them informed about order progress, responding to queries, and helping to resolve returns and complaints. Working closely with internal teams across logistics, supply chain, and dealer support, you'll help ensure every step in the process flows efficiently and professionally. You’ll also support occasional data uploads and contribute to the consistent and effective running of our internal systems and processes.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
You’ll need A-Level or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics, along with vocational qualifications in administration or a related discipline.
