Job summary

Arden White Limited in Enstone, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Parts Co-Ordinator for a high-performance F1 composites team. You will ensure the seamless flow of components through the production life-cycle, tracking parts from raw materials to finished assembly to meet race-critical deadlines.

Role is on-site, weekend shift Fri–Mon 07:00-17:30 (40 hours). You will coordinate parts using ERP systems (D365) and collaborate with production, quality and logistics to maintain part traceability and timely

Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, preferably motorsport.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP) and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible working patterns for high-priority projects.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage composite parts and tooling through production.
  • Coordinate movement of parts between departments to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain part status, location and traceability records.
  • Support kit creation and build station readiness.
  • Liaise with production, quality and logistics for timely availability.
  • Update digital and physical part trackers and paperwork.

Job description

Parts Co-Ordinator - F1

We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator in a high-performance F1 Composites team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of composite components through the production life-cycle.

You will be responsible for tracking, organising, and coordinating parts from raw material to finished assembly, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our race critical deadlines.

You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

This role is for a weekend shift, running from Friday - Monday 07:00-17:30 (40 hours total - 4 day week)

This role is currently running until the end of the year but is likely to be extended.

This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

You will be responsible for tracking, organising, and coordinating parts from raw material to finished assembly, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our race critical deadlines.

Parts Management:
  • Track and manage composite parts and tooling through all stages of production using ERP systems (e.g., D365).
  • Maintain accurate records of part status, location, and readiness.
  • Coordinate the movement of parts and tooling between departments (e.g., trim shop, inspection, assembly).
  • Ensure all parts are correctly labelled and traceable.
  • Ensure storage areas are maintained and parts stored correctly
Production Support:
  • Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Support kitting and preparation of parts for build stations or race events.
  • Flag and elevate any delays, shortages, or quality issues.
Documentation & Systems:
  • Maintain up-to-date part status in digital systems and physical trackers.
  • Ensure all paperwork, care notes, and build documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Assist with inventory checks and audits.
Communication & Collaboration

Act as the key point of contact between production cells and planning/logistics.

Provide regular updates to team leads and planners on part readiness.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to part flow and traceability.

Take personal responsibility for your health and safety and for that of others who may be affected by your actions and behaviour

Comply with the Teams’ requirements for environmental protection

Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Team

Skills
  • Experience in a fast pace Manufacturing on motorsport environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g.. D365, SA) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility in working patterns to facilitate efficient completion of high priority projects
