Parts Controller

A Parts Controller opportunity paying a basic of up to £28K plus OT paid at x1.5. OTE circa £33-£35K a year, Permanent position, Standard days Monday - Friday with no weekend working. Modern clean organised workshop with a friendly team. There is free parking, and the site is easily accessible.

Location of the Parts Controller position: Huddersfield

An award-winning Automotive company requires a Parts Controller to join the team due to company expansion as they have recently extended the parts department due to company growth.

We would welcome people to apply if you have worked as Storeman, Stock Controller, or Material Handler. This is a varied role where one day is never the same.

Key duties of the Parts Controller position:

• Ordering parts for both sites including all stock.
• Ensuring competitive supplier cost by benchmarking and volume of purchase.
• Dealing with email inquiries and directing emails to the relevant team when required.
• Booking all corresponding jobs.
• Picking Parts.
• Completing paperwork (Goods in/Goods out).
• Occasional Van Driving.
