Parts Call Centre Advisor

£26k with £28k OTE

Location: Diss

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm), and 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am – 1pm)

We are currently seeking a Parts Call Centre Advisor to join our client’s company based in Diss. If you are an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge, please apply today!

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer needs for the correct parts; diagnosing and recommending suitable options.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with manufacturers.
• Discussing relevant promotions and offers with customers.
• Receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts operation is essential.
