Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Parts Assistant at our Bolton depot.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To support and manage deliveries both inbound and outbound of the depot accurately and efficiently to company guidelines. General duties within the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Ensure all goods in and out tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure where applicable stock is labelled/barcoded and part stock locations are live.
  3. Pick and pack all NPAC orders, including internal van and depot replenishments & external OTC customer sales to a high standard.
  4. Maintain both depot and van stock to a predetermined level.
  5. Process any internal and external returns.
  6. Assist with the return of warranty items.
  7. Monitor and control the levels of required packaging materials.
  8. Carry out Franchise stock checks and assist with annual stock checks.
  9. Maintain a safe and tidy work area, carrying out general housekeeping tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn and progress within the company.
