Join Our Team as a Parts Advisor - Automotive Industry

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and take responsibility for identifying, ordering, and issuing parts, along with other key Parts Department activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding and supporting operational roles to meet customer requirements.
  2. Accurately ordering parts using the appropriate systems.
  3. Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently.
  4. Receiving parts into stock and reconciling delivery notes with invoices.
  5. Recording invoices and maintaining accurate stock records.
  6. Managing defective/deficient parts through the parts return procedure.
  7. Issuing parts to technicians and recording transactions.
  8. Conducting stock checks and maintaining disciplined stock control.
  9. Ordering consumables and ensuring availability.
  10. Producing number plates as required.
  11. General housekeeping of the Parts Department.
  12. Carrying out additional duties to support customer service needs.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring high-quality service standards are met and improved where possible.
  2. Observing and adhering to health and safety best practices at all times.
  3. Understanding and complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
  4. Supporting environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives within the workplace.
