About the Role

In this customer-facing role, you will plan and coordinate the dealership’s parts sales to meet customer requirements, maximize sales volumes and margins. You will build rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face-to-face to understand their needs and guide them towards suitable products.

You will order parts for the Service team, maintain stock and accessory levels, and handle relevant administration such as customer records and invoicing.

Previous motor industry experience is required for consideration.
