Car Parts Advisor (New Franchise) Promotional Opportunity to Supervisor

Based in the Dungannon area, this is a superb opportunity for a Parts Advisor with at least one year’s motor parts experience to work for a new car dealership franchise that is now part of a non-car-related dealership. They are a very professional dealership who are one of the leading brands and who have state-of-the-art premises. This position offers you the opportunity to get promoted into the role of Parts Supervisor, so if the opportunity for promotion doesn’t exist with your current employer, then why not apply by attaching your CV?

To be suitable you must have at least one year’s experience working in a similar role in either a car dealership, HGV dealership, agricultural machinery dealership, construction plant dealership, forklift dealership or motor factors environment.

The Role - Car Parts Advisor

• Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
• To handle all customers / prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person representative of the brand
• Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery
• Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories
• Check deliveries of stock against delivery notes and record any discrepancies
