Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Fareham

Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support one of our popular brands in a state-of-the-art facility. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not necessary. You will receive ongoing manufacturer-specific training through both manufacturer programs and our Marshall Academy.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally from a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
• A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
• Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries
• Organizing and storing incoming parts and materials, recording them in an internal database
• Responding to workshop and customer queries via face-to-face, phone, and email
• Picking and distributing parts for technicians, working from job sheets alongside service advisors and sales team
