Job Title: Parts Advisor - Mercedes Benz Truck & Van Fareham

Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Fareham

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you'll support our team in a state-of-the-art facility. No specific brand experience required as full manufacturer training will be provided, including ongoing updates through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
  • A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
  • Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
What You’ll Do
  • Receive and unload new stock and deliveries
  • Organize and store incoming parts, recording them in our internal database
  • Respond to workshop and customer queries via face-to-face, phone, and email
  • Pick and distribute parts to technicians, working from job sheets alongside service advisors and the sales team
