Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Mercedes-Benz of Preston

Hours: Full-time hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our brand in a state-of-the-art facility. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing education through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally from a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
  • Team player comfortable with processes and procedures
  • Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
What You’ll Do
  • Receive and unload new stock and deliveries
  • Organize and record incoming parts and materials
  • Respond to queries from workshop and customers via face-to-face, phone, and email
  • Pick and distribute parts to technicians and work with service advisors and sales team
