Parts Advisor Position at Swanland Depot

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic aftersales team at the Swanland depot. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external customers to supply parts, promote services, and ensure the smooth operation of our parts department.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about machinery and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide knowledgeable support to customers in-person, by phone, and via email.
  2. Promote and sell parts and service solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  4. Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for future promotions.
  5. Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient parts ordering processes.
  6. Maintain the tidiness and organization of parts inventory and storage areas.
  7. Assist in managing goods inwards and maintaining stock levels.
  8. Deliver outstanding customer service and positively represent the brand.
  9. Drive company vehicles as needed (valid driving license required).
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Basic IT and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of turf equipment or machinery (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to meet seasonal demands and weekend rota requirements.
  • Full valid driving license (required for some tasks).
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekend work as part of a rota. Flexibility is required to support seasonal business needs.
