Job summary

NEOS Engineering in Sittingbourne is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team. You will support customers, dealers and field service engineers with parts enquiries, identify correct components and process orders efficiently to keep customer equipment operational.

The role offers a salary up to £42,000 with bonus, training and progression opportunities in a modern, supportive environment within a leading construction equipment manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Controller or Parts Administrator.
• Experience in construction plant, agricultural machinery, HGV, commercial vehicles or similar engineering environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and experience using parts management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming parts enquiries via telephone and email.
• Identify and supply the correct parts using electronic catalogues and technical information.
• Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Produce quotations and provide pricing information.
• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of parts.
• Support field service engineers with urgent parts requirements.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Assist with stock management and inventory control where required.
