Automotive Parts Advisor / Driver needed in the Swindon area

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Parts team of an established and successful commercial garage in Swindon.

Job Details

• Role: Parts Advisor / Driver
• Location: Swindon
• Salary: £29,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm or 8.00am to 6.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch; every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to customers
• Establishing customer needs for required parts through conversation, diagnosis, and recommendations
• Locating and ordering parts, familiar with procedures within the parts department
• Delivering and collecting parts, receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
• Communicating promotions and offers, assisting with stock checks, reporting damages or losses, and returning parts to suppliers
• Delivering parts to customers using our dealer management system (DMS)
• Promoting the company positively to enhance parts sales and growth opportunities
