Job summary

Holt Recruitment in Croydon is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a leading commercial vehicle dealership. You will support service and workshop teams, manage stock, and source specialist parts to maintain inventory levels.

We require previous automotive or commercial vehicle parts experience, strong IT skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers a salary up to £35,000 plus bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive/commercial vehicle parts role.
• Strong IT and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient parts support to the service and workshop teams.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory.
• Order and source specialist parts when required.
• Carry out regular stock checks and ensure parts are correctly delivered.
• Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.
