Job Title: Parts Advisor - Audi Aftersales Wimbledon

Location: Audi Aftersales Wimbledon

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our team at Wimbledon, with full manufacturer training provided, regardless of prior brand experience. You will receive ongoing training through manufacturer programs and our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
  • A team player comfortable with processes and procedures
  • Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
  • Tech-savvy, confident with iPad software
Responsibilities
  • Receiving and unloading stock and deliveries
  • Organizing and recording incoming parts in our database
  • Responding to queries from workshop and customers via face-to-face, phone, and email
  • Picking and distributing parts to technicians and working with service advisors and sales team
