Job description

Parts Advisor – 1 Year Experience Required - Stoke– Permanent Role.

Salary: £27,000 PA plus monthly target-based bonus.

Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700 plus 4 hours 1 Saturday in every 3.

Silver Arrow require an experienced Parts Advisor to work for a commercial vehicle dealer in the Stoke area.

Your Role:

* Greet customers at the parts counter or over the phone
* Identify the correct parts needed using vehicle registration or VIN.
* Offer advice on parts compatibility and alternatives.
* Process orders, returns or exchanges.
* Identifying, sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customer vehicles in a timely manner.
* Taking customer orders, processing them efficiently, and ensuring accurate record keeping of all transactions.
* Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory.





What we need from you:

* Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, preferable with HGV’s and vans.
* Experience with accounting and payment processes including invoicing and payment collection
* Good computer skills
* Excellent admin skills
* Outstanding organisation skills
* Great telephone manner
* Excellent customer service
* Enthusiastic, approachable and driven to ensure customer satisfaction.
