NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Rosyth. You will handle customer orders, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain and expand the local customer base within the branch.

You will build long-term relationships with customers, promote offers and discounts, and contribute to a smooth operation by ensuring accurate orders and efficient service. A friendly, professional approach and strong communication are essential.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
