Your Responsibilities:

* Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
* Proactively promote and sell parts and service solutions to meet individual customer needs.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of attractive merchandise displays.
* Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for future promotions.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient processing of parts orders.
* Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-maintained parts inventory and storage area.
* Assist with managing goods inwards and maintaining optimal stock levels.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive brand representation.
* Drive company vehicles as required (a valid driving licence is necessary).
