Job description

Sytner Group is seeking a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Reading Audi.

As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities include promptly handling requests, supporting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.

You will also ensure the parts stock room is well-maintained, managing stock levels by taking responsibility for ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

This role involves working flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide the highest levels of customer service.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organization and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience are required, as you will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

We seek someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, capable of providing the best advice on our products and services.

Please note that candidates should have customer service experience within a retail environment as a threshold requirement.
