Job role: Parts Advisor

Location: Poole

Salary: £28,600

Holt Recruitment has taken on a Parts Advisor vacancy in the Poole area to join an independently-owned prestige dealership group.

This is a rare opportunity where you will act more as a consultant to customers with over 40 years of experience; this role is an excellent step towards becoming an accredited expert with the brand, including classic car parts.

• Monday – Friday, with one hour unpaid break (total hours). Saturdays on a rota basis, 08:00 – 14:00.
• Very established business with a different approach to after-sales compared to larger PLCs. More of a manager/consultant role than a traditional advisor in this high-paced environment.

Skills and experience required as a Parts Advisor

• Coordinate efforts with colleagues to support increased profit and sales, in line with an efficient service department.
• Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
• Good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work, with a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service.
