Parts Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment, with good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues
• Responsibility for dealing with trade and retail customers face-to-face and over the phone, and supplying parts to the workshop
• Ability to work under pressure when required
• Experience working within a busy environment, possessing a mature attitude and being a team player
