Job description

Motus Commercials located in Swindon is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Sales Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

5 days per week Monday to Friday 6.30am - 15.30pm

Salary - 27000 - 28000

As a Customer Sales Advisor at Motus Commercials in Swindon, we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

1. High level of customer service skills
2. Technical understanding of vehicles
3. IT Literacy
4. Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
5. Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:

1. Provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers' vehicles are back on the road within the shortest time possible.
2. Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
3. Drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products.
4. Undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners.
5. Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
6. Provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
