We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.

Hartwell is a leading retail motor group in the UK with over 100 years of successful trading. Operating across 11 locations, we currently represent BYD, Ford, Omoda/Jaecoo, and GMW ORA.

Key responsibilities of the Parts Advisor:
  • Deal with customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
  • Order, book out parts, invoice, and take payments
  • Check in parts deliveries
  • Assist with parts stock checks
  • Liaise with the workshop, service advisors, and customers
  • Ensure prices are entered onto VHC within the required timeframe
  • Contact customers to offer special promotions
  • Pick parts and check for damage or shortages
  • Pre-pick parts for scheduled workshop jobs
The ideal Parts Advisor:
  • Retail, administration, or reception experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Recent experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised automotive dealership or parts factor is preferable
  • Full, valid, and clean UK driving license
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
