Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on brand experience, plus bonus!

Working Hours: 42 hours

Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place. At Hamilton Audi, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and professional team and play a key role in the smooth operation of our Hamilton brand parts department. Working alongside a dedicated team of parts advisors, you will build relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all retail and workshop customers are served promptly and efficiently, and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will also handle administrative tasks accurately and log stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
  • Perform vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensure proper location and stock control of all items
  • Receive orders and process returns
  • Answer customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer care
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is required. You should possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is essential.
