Lookers Motor Group Limited in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for Chelmsford Volvo. This permanent, full-time role involves supporting the parts department with daily duties, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer care.

The position requires strong communication skills, a team-focused attitude, and accurate administrative abilities. The successful candidate will work a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota duty, and earn £30,000 base plus £3,300

Parts Advisor Chelmsford Volvo

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 Basic Plus £3,300 Bonus

Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
