We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us. Responsibilities include dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts, and invoicing. You will have experience working in a busy Parts department, handling telephone and internet orders, managing customer accounts effectively, and collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and meet deadlines.
Key qualities and experience required include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a selling/customer service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
