Parts Advisor – I am working with a Main Car Dealership that is seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor with previous experience in the Motor Trade / Garage sector.

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and providing a modern, efficient parts service.
• The main priority is to maintain high service levels for the Workshop and manage a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
• You should be a versatile all-rounder, understanding all aspects of a parts department—from goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, to liaising with Service on parts-related matters. Parts verification experience would be advantageous.
• You will be expected to interact with customers professionally and personally, as per brand standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally with a main dealer
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
