NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our branch operations and grow the local customer base. You’ll handle telephone orders, upsell, and build relationships with independent garages and enthusiasts.

You will promote offers, manage credits and returns, and work with a team dedicated to reliability and excellent service. This role offers a path to progression within a global network and access to exclusive retailer discounts.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
