About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting the due diligence and onboarding of strategic partners and managing reverse due diligence from customers. You will be an organized and collaborative team player with business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to use your passion for building relationships and your keen sense of organization to contribute meaningfully to our expanding partnership ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, risk, compliance) to collect and review relevant information for reverse due diligence processes.
  • Review vendor/customer questionnaires and respond with comprehensive, accurate, and timely information regarding company operations, financials, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors or customers conducting due diligence, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and regulations in fintech, due diligence, and corporate governance to ensure our processes remain compliant and impactful.
  • Build and manage a database to create an effective strategy to respond to these requests in a timely manner for new partners or customers as well as for periodic reviews.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a due diligence, compliance, or risk management role, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
Required Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Resilient communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • An understanding of financial statements, business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with reverse due diligence processes and working with vendors and customers.
  • Familiarity with fintech industry standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, KYC/AML, PCI-DSS) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment is a significant advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Analytical Precision: You have a background in due diligence, risk, or compliance (ideally 2–4 years) and love getting into the details.
  • Communication Mastery: You can take complex financial or regulatory concepts and explain them clearly to anyone.
  • Industry Knowledge: You’re familiar with the landscape of KYC/AML, GDPR, or similar fintech frameworks.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you see a way to improve a process and you take the lead.
  • Annual Leave: 30 days per year.
  • Wellbeing: 4 wellbeing days per year + 1 company volunteering day.
  • Pension: 5% Employee / 3% Employer via Salary Sacrifice (Hargreaves Lansdown).
  • Income Protection: 13 weeks full pay, then 67% salary (long-term absence).
  • Life Insurance: 2x salary (death in service).
  • Parental Leave: Enhanced Parental Leave: 17 weeks full pay, 10 weeks half pay, then statutory — for all parents.

We believe in empowering you from the ground up. At BCB, there are no "stuffy" barriers—you’ll have direct access to our founders and leadership team. As we grow across 50+ countries, your role will naturally expand, offering you exponential professional growth.

Hybrid Working: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our London office base and flexible working arrangement.
